• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of internal audit experience (preferably within the FMCG sector).
• Certifications: CIA certification preferred; CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an added advantage.
• Scope: Experience auditing cross-functional departments including finance, sales, inventory, procurement, and HR.
