Role Details :
• Manpower Industry Experience: Proven experience in the manpower or staffing industry is a must.
• UAE-Based Candidates: Applicants must currently be residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Blue-Collar Recruitment: Strong experience in recruiting blue-collar workers and managing large-scale workforce requirements.
• UAE Labour Law: Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law, including its practical application in HR operations and employee management.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle recruitment challenges, manage workforce needs, and support business objectives efficiently.
• Immediate Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
