Job Position – Customs Clearing Agent

Hiring for an experienced to manage import, export and transit clearance for sea, air and land shipments across the UAE.
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit customs declarations and Bills of Entry through Dubai Trade, Mirsal 2 and other UAE customs systems
Process clearance for sea (Jebel Ali, Port Rashid), air (DXB, DWC) and land (Hatta) shipments
Check commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and airway bills, plus certificates of origin and other permits
Classify goods under the correct HS codes and calculate duties and taxes accurately
Arrange delivery orders, port charges, transport and cargo release
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customers and overseas agents
Handle transit, re-export and free zone movements, and resolve customs queries or inspections quickly
Keep clear records of all clearance files and update management on shipment status
Requirements
Minimum [2–3] years of Dubai customs clearance experience in sea, air and land freight
Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures, HS codes and GCC customs regulations
Hands-on experience with Dubai Trade and Mirsal 2
Language: Good English; Arabic is an advantage
Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
