Key Projects:
? Clean Fuel Project for Thai Oil (Greenfield as well as Brownfield)
The project aimed at expanding the existing Sriracha Refinery by adding new process units. The project is being executed by JV (Joint Venture) with SAMSUNG and SAIPEM.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
o Manage multiple stakeholders including JV partners and VEC offices (Mumbai and Delhi).
o Involved in finalization of Responsibility Matrix among the JV partner for execution of various interfaces.
o Conducted regular Interface Meeting and 3D Model reviews with JV partners & VECs to avoid any gaps in the design.
o Handle the entire Stakeholder reporting piece, while ensuring synergies to ensure seamless project execution
o Additionally, shouldered responsibility for Field Instruments’ Procurement activities from technical standpoint
- This included review requisition sheets made by VEC office; timely submission; preparing CRS (Comment Resolution Sheets) and obtain approval from client. Pivotal in technical offer review from vendors, technical discussions and approvals for procurement

- Worked closely with the Interface Management Team and handled all interfaces with the client and their subcontractors through 'COREWORX'
- Timely closure of Interfaces in COREWORX led to seamless execution of assigned work by the design team

o Managed associated cost preparation responsibilities; Obtained factored / sub supplier costs where necessary

? UZ750 EPC2 for ZADCO
The project aimed at the Installation of the Island surface facilities for the Production Build-Up. These facilities were being erected on 4 manmade islands and comprised of 173 nos. of Modular structures (PARs, PAMs, and PAUs) and 12 nos. of Modular Buildings. DSME was the Construction Partner.
o Hold the distinction of being part of Petrofac’s first ever project with Modular Structures & buildings
o Handled the entire coordination with Chennai office as well as DSME resources during Construction stage
o Coordinated with VEC office for engineering and designing of the Modules and Modular Building and timely reviewing and submission of documents/drawings
o Identified as a promising candidate to be deputed in DSME Fabrication Yards in Singapore and Korea for 18 months
o Collaborated with construction sub-contractors of DSME, DSME and our Design office and the Client personnel deputed in the yard for smooth execution of construction activities
