Key Responsibilities
• Prepare technical & commercial bids, proposals content and presentations, insure delivery of bids and proposals within the time frame and quality.
• Provide timely updates on orders forecast, target opportunity projects and other related marketing activities.
• Identify and study the competitors and proposed different strategy for winning bids.
• Conduct or participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, code, and other artifacts. Contribute to design standards and support design and engineering.
• Prepare the bid within depth focus on Material Requisition & other tender documents.
• Develop budget, estimate labor, material, manufacturing costs and project schedule.
• Review price, lead time and other terms & conditions.
• Review and attend Client TBEs, identify and address deviation.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for pumps and valves, offering the best solution.
• Attend Client meetings, manage kick off meetings.
• Manage procurement process for valves, piping materials, Instruments, and other goods in check with the quality, budget, and delivery time.

Senior Project/Proposals Engineer
Key Responsibilities
• Provide client with an excellent service, by delivering the projects in a safe manner to the agreed schedule dates and within approved budgets
• Review contracts in terms of scope of work, obligation towards clients, project schedules, area of concern & action plans.
• Technical scope verification with Client for bidding and address for any deviations.
• Analyze and suggest design/ design changes to satisfy relevant international codes like ASME/ANSI, API, company design practices and system level requirements.
• Conduct FEED and attend site for cost estimate and technical details, arrange meeting with Client for clarifications.
• Identify risks, prepare, and implement necessary actions for risk management.
• Schedule management, budget control, project reporting and Client communication.
• Coordinate workflow within the engineering team, define engineering scope, prepare & manage project kick off meetings.
• Prepare project execution plan, work breakdown structure, activity sequence, priorities, and planning logics & constraints.
• Work closely with assets and work teams to identify opportunities to release drawings with holds and split work packs.
• Ensure any potential changes and variations are managed in a timely manner with the Client approval and to the approved process.
• Arrange and participate in all project safety, design, and manufacturing reviews.
• Review of P&ID, General Arrangement Drawing. Prepare BOQ, specifications and procedures, instrument/ equipment datasheets, design drawings, inspection test requirements.
• Procurement of mechanical deliverables (isolation valves (Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves), pumps, control, and pressure reduction valves).
• Undertakes technical & commercial evaluation of vendors/ sub-contractors to ensure technical scope are satisfied, negotiate to meet the requirements.
• Provide support to field and customers, provide training as required.
• Installation & Commissioning of skids.
