Detailed Profile

I am a self-motivated senior staff nurse, Diabetic Educator, and Basic Life Support instructor. I will never stop updating my knowledge and improving my medical proficiency. Hence, I passed the Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider certificate requirements and the Pediatric Advance Life Support program.
I exhibit high flexibility and effectively communicate and cooperate with different levels of the chain of command, peers, and axillary coworkers. This makes work go smoothly and achieves team success. For example, I was a key person in launching the first in-hospital exercise clinic in 2016. The significant outcome of such a project won the International Leadership Excellence for Women Awards (LEWAS) in 2020.
I write rich health-related articles, and Aramco JHAH Hospital Magazine has published five of them.

Work objectives:
• Provide my clients with holistic nursing care and health educational support.
• Enhance the ability of my clients and their families to play an influential role throughout the treatment process.
• Improve community health knowledge and ability to adapt to a better lifestyle. This will enhance wellness, prevent diseases, avoid complications, and promote rehabilitation.

Certificates and qualifications:

1996: I earned a four-year degree in Nursing Science from Rufida Al-Aslamiah College in Jordan.
2007: Graduated as a Diabetic Educator from King Saud University Hospital.
2015: Diploma certificate in Caring for older people (Stonebridge UK University).
Certifications:
2016: Certified Fitness trainer (USA: International Sports Sciences Association).

Provide preventive health care by initiating and following up on unit referrals for more specified age-related screening tests, such as breast and cervical screening tests.
Priority conditions and carrying out any needed urgent action or referral are the most important things to keep in mind every second, e.g. (patients with signs or symptoms of CVA, cardiac arrest, diabetic hypo, or hyperglycemia).

? Al Basheer Ministry Of Health Hospital, Amman, Jordan, 1997 to 1999:

I was lucky to start my proficiency as a nurse in such departments. After three months of employment, I became a charge nurse.
