1) Projects involving construction of Affordable Housing Units for local population at various locations within the Kindom of Bahrain initiated by the Ministry of Housing, Kindom of Bahrain.

Every material for the above projects is initiated, sourced and procured after going through various channels of approvals including cost approval from the manangement to ensure that the company benefits most in the form of cost savings.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for an uninterrupted flow of materials to various construction projets sites to ensure continuous progress and with total emphasis on cost reduction to the maxmimum extent possible by procuring specified and/or alternative products approved in place of specified ones retaining the original specification intact but at better price than the specified products within the time frame as set out in the site work programme.
