JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN BRIEF:
? Implementing and adhering to various HR activities – Manpower Planning, Talent Management, On-boarding, setting-up half-yearly/annual HR Objectives, setting and delegating KPIs, Performance Management, Payroll Administration, Training Needs Analysis, Prepare Job Descriptions, Employees Personnel Files/Records, Exit Formalities, Employee Relations, Employee Welfare, Employee Pay Compensation, Budgeting, Periodical HR Audits, MIS (Periodical submission), etc.
? Overseeing routine Admin activities – Visa New / Renewals / Cancellations, Trade Licenses, Tenancy Contracts, Registrations, Permits, Safety & Security, Hospitality (Air Tickets/Hotel Bookings/Travel Arrangements), Health and Motor Insurances, Office Inventory, Staff and Workers Accommodations, Housekeeping, coordination with PROs and other multifarious assignments relating to general administration.
? Mentoring and guiding HR & Admin team in accordance with the business needs besides convening inter-department meetings at regular intervals to maximize performance. Provide feedback to the team to the concerned team.
? Generating various MIS reports and statements for periodical submission to the top management thereby showcasing the performance for strategic decision making.
? Implementing Corporate HR Policies, under standing orders of the management and ensure proper execution.
? Preparing HR & Admin Objectives on half-yearly/annual basis. Conduct meetings at regular intervals.
? Guiding Management and employee actions by formulating and updating policies, procedures and guidelines, communicating and enforcing organization values.
? Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities in line with HR strategies to add value to job accomplishments.
? Maintaining and updating HR / Administration Filing System both manually and electronically.
? Designing and implementing various processes and flow-charts for effective understanding of the operations.
? Budgeting HR and Admin expenses in order to work towards minimizing operational expenses.
? Pivotal in liaison and coordinating with the Management, HODs and Supervisors to resolve various HR, Admin and other departmental issues.
? Handling Performance Appraisal cycle at regular intervals. Preparing and re-writing Job Descriptions.
? Setting KPIs, evaluating Training Needs, prepare training plans and ensure implementation.
? Addressing Grievances by coordinating with the management, line managers and employees.
? Working with HSE team on Safety and Security issues.
? Interacting with Insurance companies on various insurance policies - Health, Motor, etc.
