• In Thomson Line Metro project - Reviewing the design and services co-ordination of Orchard unique station which is totally different from other stations, where below the platform level are the UPSD and UPED and above is the paid concourse. Routing of the power system, signaling, communications, AMS, PSD, ISCS has become a challenge in the short period of time (around 12 weeks). Also this station is linked to platform level with the existing Red line by a platform link level, where A & A works are really posing challenges. Also has worked on brown field project.
• Construction Management of 44 floors Asia Square Tower building which is a mixed use development consisting of 7 star hotel, office building and podium with food courts and car parking.
Key accomplishments:
Here I have faced one of the toughest and demanding client in my career history, helped in finalizing vendors by giving changes to the design in energy savings for chilled water and lighting system. The total cost of OPEX was reduced to about 2.9 Million Singapore dollars per annum.
