Senior Administration Officer - Technical Resources Est.
• Handling wide range of administration and HR related functions.
• Preparing letters such as offer letter, appointment letter, salary certificate, inter office memo, circulars correspondences.
• Advertising of vacancy in newspaper and job portal, Screening and shortlisting CV as per MRF and job description. Arranging preliminary interview, negotiate and finalization. Communicating and coordinating with recruiting agencies for required positions, receiving, short listing and processing new CV's. Organizing interviews, conducting interviews, discussing and evaluation with manager, processing documents and completing all formality as per company rules and U.A.E labor law.
