o Managing the operational activities include the coordination with Main contractor, sub-contractors, material suppliers etc. and Client Representatives/Authorities for approvals.
o Ensure the contractor works in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, Method Statements etc.
o Reviewing the Architectural and Structural shop drawings.
o Reviewing all the Technical submittals, Material submittals, RFI’s etc.
o Inspecting the site for maintaining the quality of execution and HSE requirements.
o Evaluation the Progress payment application submission by the Main contractor against the site progress.
o Evaluating the variations or other cost notifications issued by the Main contractor against the contract drawing, specifications and conditions of the contract.
o Coordinating with the MEP team for inspections and to resolve the Technical issues if any.
o Attend Progress and coordination meetings with Client and contractors.

• Accountable for:
o Coordinating with Consultant, Main contractor, Nominated sub contractors, Fit out contractors and Material suppliers on daily basis for the issues / delays
o Preparing status of the project specifying critical issues and monitoring the work as per CPM
o Chasing the Consultant and the Main contractor for progress against the agreed schedule, pending issues etc.
• Liaising with the Chairman to solve the Commercial or other issues which shall impact the progress
• Responsible for finalizing and nominate the provisional sum items within stipulated time
• Leading a team of Engineers and monitoring the quality of works
• Verifying and Certifying the IPC certified by the Consultant
• Preparing the monthly cash flow forecast, weekly progress reports etc
