WORK EXPERIENCE
Nov. 2015-Feb. 2019 Hook Up and Commissioning Manager Peregrino II Responsible for all Commissioning and HUC activities For this Top side and subsea HUC Up outside Brazil. The installation are consisting of an 8 leggeed Jacket and a 18000 tonn Topside with drilling facilities.
The HUC-UP offshore includs 16 Lifts with HLV. Hook up all piping, mechanical Tie-in between the modues and as well all electrical and control cables. Pipelines and E&I umbilicals Tie–In of the platform to an existing FPSO and two other production facilities, with production and water injection riser. The platform has a 72 MW powerplant, General Electri LM 2500, GTG units for powerdistribution to the entire Peregrino Field.
Drilling facilities Cameron /Slumberger TWD installation.. HUC-UP and TIE-IN to a existing gas pipeline for tie-back gas production. .
Feb. 2013 – Oct. 2015 Completion manager Johan Sverdrup Responsible for completion strategy and all early phase planning on a four plattform field development in the North Sea.360.000 bbl oil/day

Apr. 2010 – Jan. 2013 Statoil, Sector Manager Responsible for commissioning and commissioning strategy in Statoil. Resource owner for commissioning and completion managers in Statoil. Maintain and develop strategy documents in project development within Statoil. Conduct revisions and assistance to all greenfield and Brownfield projects within Statoil. Support, hire in and qualify commissioning staff to all Statoil projects. Review and develop commissioning and hook up plans for greenfield projects in Statoil. From 2013 to mid 2015 responsible for development of the completion strategy, including all estimates related to Hook-Up and Commissioning, on the Johan Sverdrup Oil Field in the North Sea. Field Center consisting of four platforms, total top side weight app 98.000 metric Tonns. Major oild field in Norway, 360.000 BOPD
May.08 – Mar.10 Completion Manager SMIL and Energi Verk Mongstad. Responsible for completion and commissioning on two projects at the Mongstad Refinary. SMIL was a modification or a renewal of a sulphure removal plant while Energiverk Mongstad was a new build combined cycle power plant. Gas fired gas turbine generator in combined cycle with a steam driven generator. In addition there was a feed stock oil heater
for heating of plant feed with Gas Turbine exhaust. In addition to be completion responsible I was responsible for all interface coordination towards the refinery.
Mar. 06- Apr. 08 Commissioning Manager FPSO Gimboa. FPSO Gimboa oil and gas production outside Angola. StatoilHydro project with Sonangol The FPSO has oil production, gaslift and water injection besides large produced water treatment facilities. Top side and subsea commissioning responsible. 7 subsea wells and large template with pigable manifold. High focus on planning of hook- up, commissioning and StartUp. up. Focus Engineering in Milano, development in Dubai startup and operation Angola. One year as OIM the first year of operations.
Apr. 05- Feb.06 Completion manager on Naturkraft, Gas Fired Power, Kårstø Responsible for commissioning and integration of the 420MW Combined cycle and Gas Fired Power plant.
Nov.03 – Mar.05 Commissioning manager Hydro Aluminium Årdal, Sundalsøra Overall responsible for all commissioning activities, planning and execution.

Com. Sup. Gas recompression Plant Resac, Malaysia and Gas injection module Oseberg C. Responsible for upgrading a 24 Million Standard m3/day recompression plant. Installing new compressors and Gas Turbine drivers on Resac.
Comissioning Supervisor and start up lead on Oseberg C new gas injection plant in the North Sea.
Jan. 01 – Des.02 Commissioning Responsible FPSO Terra Nova,Canada. Responsible for the re-design of the gas recompression plant. Commissioning responsible for the recompression plant, power generation plant, subsea systems and all seawater and cooling systems onboard. Apr.97 – Des.00 Commissioning lead Åsgard A and Åsgard B Plan and conduct commissioning on all topside production systems on FPSO Åsgard A and on Semi Åsgard B. Specialist in rotating equipment and Power Generating systems. Tuning of process controls, heating and cooling medium systems. Almost one year as production supervisor on Åsgard A.
May.95 – Mar.97 Engineering and Commissioning manager New Gas injection plant Statfjord A Removed old gas injection plant Statfjord A, M9. Responsible for design, development of a multitask compressor for gas recompression and gas injection. Planned offshore hook – Up and commissioning. Responsible for commissioning and start-up of the new integrated gas injection plant in M4.
Jan 90 – Apr.95 Facility engineer and prod. Supervisor Statfjord. Started in Statoil, January 1990, and went to various sites and prepared modifications. Commissioning and Startup. Was used as production sup. on the Statfjord field.
Jan.85 – Des.89 Facility Engineer and Production supervisor Amoco Norway Oil Company. Responsible for modifications and small brownfield projects. Engineering, follow up construction and commissioning/start up. Production Sup. on the Vallhall Field in the North Sea from Jan 88 to Dec 89
Jan.83 – Des.84 Production Engineer TEV Plant responsible for all district heating systems in Trondheim and responsible for three hydro electro power stations and one combind cycel plant. Started up the first combined cycle power plant ever built in Norway, 35 MW
