2. ADNOC – Petroleum Institute Research Centre (PIRC) project with complicated high technology laboratories, high quality fit out work as per client needs and Infrastructure including MEP networks.
Under the ESTIDAMA the project was given a Pearl building rating-2: Total project costing Dirhams One hundred eighty million. (AL JABER GROUP–BUILDING DIVISION)
3. 4 towers high-rise Residential Building, 52 numbers residential villas in different location and two factories in ICAD industrial areas including fit out works as per client need and huge infrastructure facility executed in the same time line: Total project costing Dirhams Two hundred fifty million. 4. 4 no’s of Sub Stations in Saadiyat,Yas Island and Load Despatch Center (LDC) – The scope include all mechanical equipment installation and fit out works as per client and authority needs.Total project costing Dirhams Two hundred thirty million. (TARGET ENGG. CONST. CO.)

• Worked in True Value General Contracting as Project’s Manager for the 2 Nos. Children’s Park and 6 Nos. Mini Sub-Station. The work orders completed are TVPCHD_0037 and TVPSB_0023 October 2016 to December 2017. Final handing over including authority approval certificates , PAC and FAC.
• Worked in Logistic Contracting JV with True Value General Contracting as As Project Manager for the High-rise building (2basement+G+M+7Typical+Pool and Club house+roof+Top roof) and public networks in heart of the city.. The work order is TVPHR_0117. This Project was successfully completed from Janury 2018 to November 2020.
Final handing over including authority approval certificates , PAC and FAC.
• Worked with Al Jaber Building LLC, Abu Dhabi as Construction Manager / Project’s Manager Four residential tower buildings (B+G+M+7typical+roof+top roof) constructed parallel in 4 different sectors (AJB4TWB), Petroleum Institute Research Center (ADNOC)- (AJBPIRC-SEC24), Five thousand community villa projects (AJB5), Construction of Steel structures for factories (AJBICADM6), Showroom (AJBICAD 3 M24), Logistic yards (AJBICADM17) and much more in same firm Abu Dhabi from April 2008 to October 2016. Final handing over including authority approval certificates , PAC and FAC.
• Worked with Target Engineering Construction Co., Abu Dhabi as Construction Manager and Project Manager and key role in various projects based on the requirement. For Many high-rise tower buildings in key location of city (TEC- ECB, SHB, FMB, PDB & SHK), Substation projects (TEC- LDC, SBSSHL), Culverts (TEC-RHS-CUV), 400 KV OHL including onshore and offshore, dam road section, Construction of artificial island including dredging at deep sea location (TEC-OHL400KV), Musaffah Sheikh Palace and luxury yacht jetty near Maqta bridge a key location joining Abu Dhabi island from August 1995 to July 2008. • Worked with Saintrapt Contracting Co. in Abu Dhabi, executed parts of large scale area Dredging and Reclamations filling areas for shaping future city, golf clubs and community infrastructure township, Sea water intake- Break water causeway road, personally lead the planning department, site engineering, budgeting and direction of all preliminary works and negotiated the construction from February 1990 to July 1995.
