ACHIEVEMENTS HIGHLIGHTS SO FAR
• Raised safety standard significantly through multiple new initiatives which subsequently reduced
• LTIs from 8 to 3 incidents annually.
• Reduced TRIF from 20% to 4%.
Responsibilities includes:
• Supervision of operating activities on site to ensure that all the prescribed HSE procedures and are fully adopted, both by Company staff and contractors.
• Ensuring strict compliance with the company safety and environmental requirements by carrying out HSE inspections and control of safety equipment functionality.
• Attending all site planning, progress and other appropriate site meetings, particularly those where subcontractors are involved.
• Ensure all Clients procedures and Code of Practice are being implemented and adhered to always.
• Ensure the adequate training of personnel operating on site.
• Engage in TRA sessions and ensure as much as possible to eliminate hazards and implement control measures stated in TRA.
