Work Experience Description
1. Act as company representative at all times.
2. Coordination with Client and consultant for any discrepancy in site conditions.
3. Liaise with the Architect of Record/Engineer to solve technical Issues and be involved in any modifications to the tenant’s premises. (such as electrical, plumbing civil etc.) that could an impact on the retail or commercial design.
4. Quality control on site during installation of items, submitting for consultant’s inspection. Preparing monthly invoices,
5. Coordinate the submission of concept, MEP and technical documents.
6. Design, project presentation working drawing preparation of BOQ and specification site supervision for Architectural, Fitouts, maintenance & Decoration aspects of the project.
7. Co-ordination with the Quantity Surveyor of the Client regarding the payments for the work executed.
8. Responsible for Coordination and submission of all office projects to Local Authorities Departments (Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Al Ain)- Manual and Digital through Internet. (Municipality, Food control Authority, DM, TECOM, DEWA, Etisalat, DCD, DCA, Dubai Real state, Dubai Land Department, Dubai Land Authority).
9. Coordination with Production department for proper delivery of the items required in the site.
10. Preparation of budgets for various projects. Managing the site independently.
11. Periodic review meetings with Client/ Consultant / Subcontractors and site execution team.
12. Preparing the project program for the execution of work according to Client’s Requirement.
13. Interacting with consultants for material, shop drawing and document approvals.
14. Identification of variations to the original contract and quotation for the same.
15. Preparing the requirement of Manpower for execution as per the approved program.
