Dec 08 – Oct 10 DAR AL HANDASAH- Shair and Partners (Lebanon)
Worked on: -Government Building -Department of administration and business AffairsJordan Preliminary, final design and tender documents, the department of administration and business affairs in Jordan .it consist of 3 stories office building block A&B each floor with a total built up area of 1250 m2.
-Kurdistan Regional Government –Department of Foreign Relations-Iraq Preliminary, final design and tender documents, the department of foreign relations In Kurdistan consists of 3 stories office building and a 2 stories building for the minister’s wing, with a total built area of 6750 m2, including the following components multi-purpose hall, an auditorium, a Small Guest house and a cafeteria. Worked on new program Revit.
-Conversion of Old Duty Free to DCAA Offices-Dubai –UAE Preliminary, final design, the objective of this project is to renovate the interior space. It consist of 3 stories, each floor with a total built up area of 1600 m2, including the following components, an auditorium, and a cafeteria.
-Rehabilitation and upgrading of the commercial Building and the Hotel Complex -Jordan Preliminary, final design, tender documents and FF&E selection, the project consist of renovating a 5star hotel-Meridien-including the following components the1st, 2nd basement and the ground floor, which include the ballroom and the pre-function area (550 m2). Public toilets & VIP Room area (70m2), main entrance area, lobby and a restaurant area (950m2).
-Bashar Rihany –Residential-Lebanon Preliminary, final design. Site coordination, apartment for a director in Dar Al Handasah, located in Montverde with a total built up area of 250 m2, the project. Consist of renovation the interior space.

Interior and Exterior sales for an international Spanish brand PRODEMA Specialize in wood (External cladding, internal cladding, and flooring). Duties and responsibilities: Responsible for generating new business Cold calling prospective clients within major architect consultants. Target set to arrange between 3 and 5 presentations per week.
Exceeded targets set Follow up presentation with details drawings and costing. Site inspections to meet with contractors and manage the job Re-visit site at various intervals to ascertain completion. Successfully completed 5 major projects.
