Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate professional competence:
a. Assist and support the Head of School in clerical, administrative and organization matters – including verbal and written translation.
b. Schedule & coordinate meetings and appointments for Head of School. Make all meeting arrangements.
c. Take meetings of minutes when required.
d. Coordinate travel arrangements for the Head.
