Riyadh Metro Project has been awarded to FAST Consortium Limited by Riyadh Development Authority, with three metro lines 4, 5 & 6. Contains, total length of 64 Kilometers, 24 stations.

Fast Consortium Limited is a Joint Venture between FCC, Samsung, Strukton & Freyssinet.

Position: Operation Support Team Lead.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needed as per Staffing Plan.
• Coordinating with Line & Department Manager’s to get Jobs Description for short list of candidates for interview.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies to ensure smooth placement within the planed time frame.
• Ensure all company policies & procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
• Monitor each team members responsible for Joining, Employees Contracts, Payroll, Invoicing & Claim, Cost Control (Budgeting), Employee Personal Management and Sites Administration to ensure smooth flow of work.
• Preparing, updating & uploading in share folder of Monthly Costing File for HR Management (Employees Costing & CBS Allocation).

• Coordinating with all the Line administration departments to obtain monthly timesheets (Manual and Biometrics).
• Cross verification with monthly timesheets and deductions against cash advance salaries, vacation salaries, and other deductions if therein.
