- Leadership of the development, implementation and maintenance and improvement of Integrated Management System (OSHAD SF, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001 Standard)
- Provide specialist advice and support to top management regarding the management of workplace hazards and risks.
- Ensure EHS performance monitoring system is in place to ensure the effectiveness of injury prevention and risk management policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that performance is reported to top management and regulatory authorities in time.
- Ensure effective two way communication between senior managers and HSE department.
- Ensure that HSE programs are consistent with organization policies and procedures.
- Conducting HSE Induction, specialized HSE training, Medical First Aid Training to staff and workers
- Preparation and implementation of Plant Risk Assessment, Project Risk Assessments and JSAs.
- Developing Positive HSE culture
- Creating effective HSE Management System Manuals, Plans and detailed safe working procedures for implementation of programs within the area of safety and the environment in process.
