Schedule Status was defined by Status line; Engineering Progress Meeting was held with each discipline Lead Engineers and Most Likely Forecast Dates were fixed by detail; discussions on each Engineering Deliverables and Tasks; Major delays and impacts highlighted and notified to engineering discipline leads to avoid further delays in the engineering deliverables; All Major Changes were highlighted in Level - III Master Schedule and informed the company on schedule deviations and additional scopes by Narratives; Detail evaluation on Material Vendor reports were carried out for close monitoring for Fabrication status and Vendor Key interface drawings and documents with engineering; Delay’s on the Vendor Fabrication Schedule were highlighted and reported to the Procurement Manger and Controls Manager to avoid further delays in fabrication; Logistics schedules were checked and estimated time for delivery of equipment’s at port, site and required site dates were closely monitored to avoid the delay in Erection Schedules; Procurement Physical Progress values were gathered from PROPS and assigned to proper tasks defined in Level - III Project Master Schedule and schedule status were defined by Progress line; Construction Sub-contractor’s detailed Schedules were thoroughly checked against their target milestone dates, Work sequence, Manning’s schedule, Physical Progress Curves; Subcontractors Heavy Rigging Schedules were closely evaluated and Coordinated with Equipment Fabricators and Logistics supports to avoid further delays; Detailed Commissioning and Start-up Schedules were made system wise in line with Construction and Pre-commissioning events; Preparation of Monthly/Weekly Reports.
