Working here in UAE for almost 8 years, fulfilling various roles and responsibilities as consultant, contractor as well as trainer, in full fledge, standardised BIM environment.
Currently responsible as Site Inspector at Palm Tower, Dubai. Previous project was Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi, which I consider tremendous success, given the challenges. Before that I was in consultancy, responsible for residential, commercial, institutional, and utility projects. I even train and help implement BIM in organizations, specific to the project.
Exposure has been diverse and intense due to my basic nature of delivering the best quality in time without straining the team and the other stakeholders. Throughout my tenure, I have been entrusted with responsibilities that need critical attention, adaptability, and timely response, especially for my ability to manage and steer through, even with limited resources.
Core competencies are Architecture and Site management and execution.
