A) From November 2019 to to Till Date, Residential Construction Manager
M/s. Onshore Construction FZE, Lagos, Nigeria
Current Project: M/s. Dangote Refinery & Petrochemical Project, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsible of the all site activities which includes Composite Works such as Structural Steel erection, Equipment Erection, AG & UG Piping Fabrication, Erection, Testing and Pre-commission works for PPU, SRU, Alkylation, Butamer, HGU and RFCCG areas.
2. Responsible for handling Client contact and obtaining Client approval.
3. Prepare the execution plans for the whole project.
4. Review the Procedures, Method statements for the construction activities.
5. Play a key role in preparing the Project Plan.
6. Ensures that the Project runs & completed on schedule, according to contractual conditions and within the budget.
7. Manages Sub-ordinate Staff in their day-to-day jobs.
8. Ensures the Project/ Department milestones/Goals are achieved are met and adhering to the approved budgets.

1. Overall responsible for the Fabrication at GS Fabrication Yard & Erection of Pipe Spools at Site

Project: EPC Standby Service Contract for CFP, KNPC, Kuwait.

1. In-Charge for the Fabrication of Pipe Spools in Gulf Spic Workshop & fabrication Yard
2. Sole responsible for the project execution to the Client satisfaction fulfilling the Quality & Safety Standards till the final delivery.

Project: Jurassic Production Facilities (JPF),West Raudhatain, North Kuwait.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Overall in-charge of Fabrication of Steel Structures in Gulf Spic fabrication Yard.
2. Plan the delivery of the project at hand.
3. Manage the day-to-day working, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignments. From ensuring the correct material turns up before a job, to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues.
4. Report progress on projects by suitable media to sector management, maintain and update project reporting, checkpoints and financial reporting to a high standard.
5. Plan and arrange visits to existing and new potential clients, ensuring every client receives sufficient support to enhance their relationships.
6. Develop contacts with senior staff, directors, and other influential staff within each account during the implementation phase.
