KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Understanding Contract documents, addendum , Project scope of work , Contractual conditions.
Conducting Kick off meeting with internal department such as tendering department, procurement, Design team, HSE & Quality team , facility , stores.
Preparation of Detailed Budget includes Major project material, Engineering consultant costs, subcontracts, site setup, Manpower loading, site expense, transport, P&M , Testing and commissioning , miscellaneous materials, FAT Costs, and clients training costs.
Submission of advance payment request , Bank guarantee , Project Insurance , HSE & Quality Policies, Project Execution Plan , Document control schedules and Method statements for Equipment installation.
Initiating Material procurement as per approved MTS and participating technical discussion as well as commercial negotiation.
Preparation of month wise cost booking projection i.e. inward and outward.
Follow up with vendors for timely manufacturing, conducting FAT and the delivery of the equipment at site.
Preparation of Billing Break up for Procurement, Erection, Testing and commissioning.
Monitoring project master schedule and work progress including milestones date.
Follow up for monthly payments against FAT, Material Inspection Report, Work inspection Report, Performing SAT.
Managing the project operation with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of project targets within the time and cost parameters.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Understand / Reviewing of Project Scope of work , BOQ ,BOM ,MTO ,Key SLD, Erection Key diagrams , IFC Drawing.
Follow up with QC team for timely getting Material approval and RFI.
Closely monitoring safety procedures, TBT,work permits, JSA, Risk analysis and safety observations.
Monitoring quality observation, minimizing NCR, raising SAR, CAR AND RFQ.
Assessing Manpower Loading according to the work Volume.
Monitoring the contractor's progress and Preparing WPR, MPR and Look ahead plan.
Executing the Work progress in line with defined milestones dates as per Project Schedule.
Attending weekly and monthly meetings with internal as well as Client for project review.
Inspection and Approval of Equipment Installation and SAT as per approved Procedures.
Resolving technical difficulties in the site with proper solution providing.
Handing over of Spare Parts and OEM manuals.
