Job responsibilities:
a) Develop systems/programs and processes for the new functionalities based on the data structures and process designing using Mensitpi Leobiz or C#.
b) Installation & Implementation of ERP Systems and support software related issues in order to facilitate the smooth functioning of the Client.
c) Maintaining a positive, professional relationship with clients from the implementation to hand over the project to support department
d) Provide support to the clients to run their day-to-day activities without any interruption via ERP systems.
e) Identify, report, diagnose and assure timely delivery of customer issues.
f) Making enhancement based on the client’s requests
g) Coordinating with staff and compiling procedural documentation.
h) Participation for the systems study and keep relevant records in order to obtain the exact customer requirements.
i) Responsible for understanding the Client processes and creation, mapping and updating of databases as and when required within the expected timelines
j) Responsible for conducting the user awareness programmers, User Training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions within the given guidelines
k) Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the client data and backup, discard when required.
