Book container through shipping line as per sales

Prepare fumigation certificate for palliation shipment
Collect BL details from customers for SI submission to
shipping line, Support documentation E-Mirsal Dubai trade
team for bill of entry draft while get time
Get Empty container release place to the shipper loading
spot , Advise to shipper necessary documents for customs
clearance like commercial invoice, packing list, country of
origin, Municipality approval, Ministry of commerce and
Foreign Affairs
Follow up draft BL confirm , send to pre alert / invoice to
local shipper/customer and destination agent , Daily track
shipment status ETA and ETD then update to concern
customers and agents.
Prepare OBL/exit submission / EDI uploading for all handling
shipment daily check container enquiry /vessel information,
After vessel sale send arrival notice / invoice to destination
agent
