• Supported employee population of 200+ employees for 3 Legal Entities (JAFZA, Mainland and Abu Dhabi) in UAE for all HR admin and immigration services.
• Responsible for end-to-end onboarding and offboarding as well visa/immigration process
• Prepared requisition for new hire process and followed up on the required approvals to close the requisition in timely manner thereby maintaining the KPI as expected.
• Supported HRBP’s with shortlisting candidates and further coordinated/scheduled interview with candidates
• Independently, handled digital onboarding process (Enboarder) from hire to end of probationary period. Was responsible for ensuring a unique onboarding experience for all new hires. Acted as main contact person to provide advice relating to HR processes to new hire.
• Responsible for enrolling new hires and their dependents in the company medical insurance policy as well-handled deletion at the time of exit.
• Played a leading role in the first day on-boarding process, engaging with new employees and explaining and collecting employment and benefit documents along with verification.
• Handled and delivered employee requests for documents such as NOC, Salary Certificate, Insurance certificate, etc.
• Responsible for exit process from start to visa cancellation process. Initiated the digitalized exit checklist and followed up with stake holders to complete in timely manner. Prepared EOS settlement calculation for visa cancellation purpose.
• Responsible for maintaining employee personnel files hardcopy and digital files by uploading mandatory documents on HRM/HRIS system.
• Supported global mobility with operations and immigration. Coordinated with EY for delegates (international assignees) visa application and cancellation process, thereby supporting global mobility and advising on local immigration process requirements. Main contact person for global mobility operations on immigration related topics in UAE.
• Ensured compliance with company policies and legal requirements especially for vendors or 3rd party service providers.
• Managed statutory compliance with UAE ministries, Freezone authorities relating to Visa/WP immigration.
• Independently handled immigration process and responsible for policy update as and when labor law was updated/revised as the owner of the process. The process included submission of visa application, medical screening, stamping, etc.
• Handled visa application and cancellation. Processed all types of visa’s including employment, visit, tourist, residence for employee and dependents.

• Ensured all visa/immigration processes for UAE is carried out in line with the UAE labor / immigration law.
• Ensured all licenses, employment visas and work permits are valid and renewed at the right time. Follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
• Updated and managed Visa / Labour checklist (policy, exit, etc) when the rules on UAE Visa/Labor changes
• Updated HRIS Systems
• Conducted presentation as and when the immigration rules were updated
• Prepared various immigration related monthly reports
• Handle all HR admin expense claims
