As a Performance Test Lead, currently I am focusing my energy on a mission at Colruyt Pricing Domain to validate the Performance acceptance criteria.
Responsible for Performance Test Planning/Strategy, Performance Test Methodologies/ Processes, Tooling, Monitoring, Reporting and suggestion of continuous improvements for projects within the Program.
In an Agile/Scrum Delivery Model, I’m responsible for End to End Performance test with internal business team members and external suppliers based in Europe and India.
Skilled in assessment of Performance acceptance criteria using tools like LoadRunner, Neoload, Web load Performance Tester, Dynatrace, HP-Sitescope. Highly effective with experience in handling all facets of Quality Assurance like Software Testing, Team Management, Project Handling etc. ISTQB certified and
Scrum master accredited.
Extensive Leadership experience in Health and Care, Insurance, Banking and Retail domains to ensure that Business requirements are rolled out to production with high Quality level, First Time Right under tight delivery timelines.
With an Indian nationality I’ve worked across Belgium, Netherlands and India.Willing to travel to other geographies to utilise my experience in order to help organisations achieve Quality targets.
