Tasks:
1. Implement and maintain the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the related procedures, and evaluate the on-site effectiveness.
2. Arrange in coordination with the Contractor the Inspections plan as per the site requirements.
3. Review the technical quality submission (e.g.: Method Statements, Checklists, ITPs, … and etc.).
4. Responsible to maintain well all Quality related documents/records.
