Good evening !

I am applying for the position of Accountant/Sr.Accountant. I have done my Master's in Finance in the year 2011 and Bachelor's in Commerce in the year 2009. I have +10 years of Accounting experience, whereas around 9 years of Gulf Experience as an Accountant and Senior Accountant.

I would kindly like to take the privilege to mention my job description which I was handling in my previous company independently.

I was maintaining four bank accounts (Receipts and making an online payments), Maintaining Petty cash imprest account, doing Reconciliation with all the four Bank accounts on monthly basis and Debtors and Creditors account as well, maintaining the stock register and maintaining the asset register on end to end basis, generating the sales invoices and recording in the system according to the cost center wise, verifying the purchase invoices with L.P.O and recording in the system according to cost center wise, doing payroll & calculations of employees benefits, Filing vat returns on every quarterly basis, doing the costing for the finished goods and also doing the costing for the raw materials which were importing from outside country Egypt, India and Pakistan. Recording journal entries (monthly Statutory expenses like electricity, water, mobile bill, telephone bill, internet bill and GOSI expenses) provision for leave salary and Indemnity, payroll accruals, prepaid rent expenses, prepaid iqama and medical expenses, Depreciation and Accumulated depreciation, issuing debit and credit note upon requirement, adjustment entries, overall month end and year end closing and etc,.

Scrutinizing the trial balance account.
Preparation of P&L account and Balance sheet.
Preparation of Cash flow by weekly and monthly on tentative plans,
Preparation of Sales report weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly customer wise according to the cost center.
Preparation of Outstanding receivables report as per customers ageing wise and cost center wise and follow up with the clients for the overdue payments.
Preparation of Outstanding payables report as per the vendors ageing wise and cost center wise and clearing the due payments upon the approval of internal auditor and G.M.
Sending of M.I.S reports to the top management on whatsapp group. And Sending of Weekly reports as well.

My strengths are Sincere & Hardworking, Self confidence, getting familiar with the working environment, ability to work over longer hours by maintaining a balanced temperament and being cooperative with colleagues.
