2. Workshop Activities – Engine Overhauling 6 BTA, 6CTA, NT-855, KT19., Generator assembly, Generator
Load Testing.
3. Troubleshoot and rectify the problems of Diesel Generator. And keep ready for next Site.
4. Good Knowledge of AVR, EFC, DC Wiring, AC Wiring
5. Preparing periodical Maintenance schedule and Do maintenance work as per schedule.
6. Good Knowledge of Load Master Setting, CT Coil Set, and Relays(over current, Under voltage, Etc)
7. Arrange Material as per requirement and maintain material Stock

1. Operation & Maintenance of deployed equipment at site
2. Troubleshoot and rectifying the problems in all deployed construction machineries like
1. Crawler Crane (55 t , 80 t , 100 t , 250 t , etc, )
2. Hydraulic crane (40 t, 75t)
3. Pick N carry cranes (Hydra), Air compressor 1100 CFM, 400 CFM (Make - Atlas Copco, ELGI)
4. Transit Mixers, Boom placer,Manlift
5. Diesel Generators, Pumps, Hydraulic Power Pack,bar cutting & bending Machine.
3. Deploying Equipment as Per Site Requirement and also make sure that equipment working without breakdown.
4. Attend Any Breakdown and arranging Required Material for Machineries like Oil, Filter & Other Spare Part.
5. Preparing periodical Maintenance schedule of all Machineries and Do maintenance work as per schedule.
6. Good hydraulic Equipment knowledge
7. Good Knowledge of Crane Assembly, disassembly & Safe load Indicator (SLI).
8. Maintaining ISO documentations And Prepare all Paper work, Workshop and Equipment for Safety & HQ audit.
9. Good Computer Knowledge, experience In ERP, SAP.
10. Good knowledge Industrial safety Rules & Fire safety.
