Roles& Responsibility:
? Provides training services to support the elements of the HSE Management System. Includes training related to Occupational Safety, Emergency Services, Health, Environment, and Risk.
? Conducts training needs analysis for employees and contractors of Company related to HSE Policy and Procedures.
? Develops implements and conducts appropriate training programs to support identified needs. ? Submit regular reports to the Plant Head & Head EHS on the status of the HSE training program. Analyze trends and make recommendations for improvement
? Ensure HSE mandatory requirements are implemented.
? First aid facilities medicines are adequate and properly maintained.
? Prepare preliminary report and investigation of all incidents/accidents.
? Stop the activities in cases where any danger of the employee, clients and its properties and no approved work permits.
? Identify and appraise the potential health, safety and environmental hazards and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
? Responsible to implement, monitor and documents the HSE activities as per the established Integrated Management System, HSE plan and procedures, emergency evacuation plan, risk assessment.
? Conduct daily site HSE inspection, monitor site working conditions and safety practices & recommending preventive & corrective actions to avoid incidents. Submit report & keep updated HSE records.
? Coordinate with client and subcontractors HSE representatives to bind the HSE regulations.
? Carrying out internal audits at different sites and actively participation in external audit preparations.
? Advise the personnel to adopt safe methods to prevent incidents to improve the existing .
? Prepare and submit daily HSE reports.
? Facilitate, assist and attend in the HSE inductions, trainings, toolbox talks and meetings.
? Ensure that all scaffoldings, lifting tools and tackles, third party certificates, plants and equipments etc. are inspected before use. Check, inspect fire extinguishers monthly.
