Major Projects
•Ashok Leyland Ltd: Co-ordinated with AL RSM for assigned campaign on Speed Limitation issue on DIMTS fleets where 3000
vehicles new datasheet configured on BSIV application. The held travel plan jointly coordinated with AL PD and RSO Team. The
site has completed within 16 days.
•Eicher Engines: Challenging offer on 130hp engine testing & development, achieved target within 72Hrs.
•Perkins India Pvt. Ltd: In respect to committed travel and site activities has executed with CATERPILLER Lead Engineer
(Woodward solenoid failures- Corrective/Containment action- Stafford Update) The customer engine production line STOPPED
issue was resolve by a restored of rectified solenoids (Qty- 1104units)
•Escorts EME R&D: Coordinated with Escorts EME R&D Head for the resolution of RPM re-configuration on existing dataset
which has loaded on customer EME Model RT20 whereas committed execute done on site with 08 engines on test bench as well
customer field re- validated.
•JCB Power Train India Ltd.: As committed timeline to resolve the issue where customer arrested problem (Woodward
Governor Initial Speed Ramp Issue) on supplied 40nos governor. The joint investigated on 93Kva genset apps with customer
Application Engineer Team and shared 8D reports as stated timeline.
•International Tractor Ltd: Challenges: On 17th Dec 2022, Finally OEM ITL achieved satisfactory performance of their
prototype tractor with the help of WIPL. The high altitude held on LEH-highway where many challenges like oxygen crises, -18
Deg C (bones chilling cold), water crises but great news knocked our door on 17th evening.
•Mahindra Research Valley: Engine testing & kick off meeting (Woodward India, US Team +MRV Application Engineering
Team). The complicated challenges resolved within a week and Mahindra successfully launched JIVO tractor with Woodward
electronic governor.
•TCL, Jamshedpur, JH, India: Successfully executed to TATA Cummins Ltd Engineering Team on clarity mismatch of actual
solenoid Vs engineering drawing (for 180hp OE & RETRO Engine). Woodward India sales team happy to started schedule
shipment around 6000 solenoids/month.
•ARAI: Achieved BSIV emission norms by continuous calibration & PID setting. And ARAI team had released satisfactory NRTC to
TMTL Engine on 130hp Proto.
•ICAT: Ashok Leyland H6NA proto model frequently failed in the past 28 days, Woodward resolution have done within 3 days
and EMC approved certification handed to AL for productivity.
April ’10 to April’15 in T.V. Sundram Iyengar & Sons Ltd, TVS, New Delhi (ALSBU Project)

maintenance with a team of 80 peoples. Also look after Ashok Leyland private outlet and STU of entire India.

sheets & warranty claims.
