Roles and Responsibilities:
? UAE Visa Processing and Tracking: Proficiently manage the end-to-end process of UAE visa typing and tracking, ensuring
timely and accurate submissions. Maintain up-to-date records of visa applications, renewals, and related documents
& acting as internal PRO of the company.
? Payroll and Administrative Support::Collaborate in payroll preparation by gathering and organizing relevant data such
as leave, absence, advances, and changes in employee status. Monitor and review WPS statistics on a monthly basis,
ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Record absences, medical certificates, and other employee-related data into the
HR system, maintaining organized and accessible files. Provide administrative assistance for travel arrangements, both for
labor and managerial staff.
? Recruitment and Onboarding: Play a key role in the recruitment process by placing job advertisements, reviewing
resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and facilitating the preparation of offer letters. Coordinate all aspects of
recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Administer new hire
processes including background checks, offer letters, and necessary paperwork.
? Reports and Support: Develop and maintain various HR reports to support analytical and strategic goals. Act as the first
point of contact for HR and employee queries, offering clear and consistent advice and assistance.Provide direct support
to line managers and employees for general employment-related administration queries.
? Compliance and Communication: Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws and regulations in all HR processes.
Prepare a range of HR-related correspondence, including disciplinary letters, probationary period letters, promotion, and
transfer letters. Coordinate exit meetings and communicate essential exit information.
? Medical Insurance & Workmen’s Compensation Regulations: Skillfully administer medical insurance policies and
ensure timely processing of claims, maintaining strong relationships with insurance providers.
? Employee Grievance Handling: Demonstrate expertise in addressing employee grievances promptly and impartially,
ensuring fair and effective resolution. Collaborate with management and HR Manager to identify recurring issues and
implement preventive measures to enhance employee satisfaction. Maintain thorough documentation of grievance
cases and their resolutions for future reference.
