Duties and Responsibilities
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly amd quarterly financial
• Maintain intercompany ledgers properly and conduct month end
reconciliations for them.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure that all transcations are
recoreded correctly.
• Preparing VAT filling return reports and Sale Tax Invoices issues
to custmers in accordance with FTA Rule.
• Maintian accurate and up to date financial records, including
bookeeping and journal entries for accrual expenses,prepaid
expenses,asset valuation entires.
• Performing as account receivable and follows up with customers
regularly for payments due also preparing debtors aging reports
bases on monthly yearly.
• Follow up overdue tenant rental payment.
• Recording Bank entries for loan repayments, interest on term
loan entries, bank receipts, bank payments, Loan disbursement
entries as well.
• Preparation of employee payrolls on a monthly basis.
• Performing in bank duties for Depositing cheques and cash,
credit card payments and other document submissions.
• Conducting an audit of property management receipt books,
expenses, and rental contracts weekly.
• Preparation of final settlement calculations for the cancellation
unit and the overstay compliance unit.
• Assist with the real estate team or other staff accountants with
other accounting duties as required.
• Preparing cheque and cash receipts towards rental contracts and
other payments.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all
financial statements and company documents.
• Assists senior accountants in preparation of monthly/yearly
closures and external/internal audits and prepare audit
• Preparation of final trail balance and ensure ledger balances are
recorded accurately.
• Preparation of PDC on hand-cheque reports on a monthly and
yearly basis.
• Preparing and processing employee and property management
• Monitoring and keep track of lease rental receivables and VAT
liabilities of tenants.
• Conducting internal auditing to confirm the timely receipt of
rental income on time.
• Trial balance reconciliation on a periodic basis
• Records related to the maintenance of the properties, including
contracts with long-term suppliers
