MULTIPLEX
• Co-lead commissioning meetings with various trades to have an open conversation about trade stoppages, future planning and weekly activity forecasts
• Co-lead the design & fit out meetings
• Walking the team through various drawings to discover clashes across design and installation, evaluate service schedules and performance which ensures installations to client specification
• This is then fed back to the design consultants then turned into 2D Drawings by the CAD Team
• Carryout site walkthroughs which involved organise site compliance across the various trades
• Ensuring their completed works were up to the high standard of the client
• Help identify and fix any site blockers that were slowing down the programme and advise trades on best installation practises
