Field Assurance Coordinator
Reviewing and assessing commissioning test procedures to identify required field controls .
Providing assurance that applicable controls are in place prior to commencement of commissioning

I was controling for providing assurance of Contractor compliance to project and commissioning
procedures.
Reviewing and assessing permits and isolation plans for compliance it was one of my major tasks.
I was raising the Punch Items, with monitoring if the issue was rectified in future.
As required, I was attending planning, PTW and SIMOPs meetings.
As required, I was assisting in system lineups, leak tests and walkdowns.
Undertaken audits of equipments to ensure that gaps are addressed prior to RFO handovers was my
main task.
Was responsible for keys trassmitals (From Contractors to clients) including substations and modules.
Observations for HSE department was also of one the main task on a daily basis.

SC PTW Coordinator
To ensure permit to work system is implemented and in line with company HES guidelines. Coordinate
the activities related to daily work permits. Develop and approve isolation strategy. Control the
isolation implementation on place (Boundary/Working ICC) prior the activity will take place. Control
LOTO procedure. To ensure all jobs carried out as per operating procedures and standards. To carry
out risk assessments for all activities at site as well as JSTI or JSA in in place and signed by employees,
and it meets HES company procedures.
Review the submitted permits for compliance with company permit to work procedure. Checking if all
drawing with marked ups are attached, all related certificates are attached ICC, Blue books for all
employees who involved to the task, if they certified as per company and country law. Checking if risk
assessment are suitable for the job. Control the isolation implementation and tracking all ICC before
the permit related to it will be released. Checking if the ICC has been approved by FO that all
signatures is in place as PIC FOD and isolation verification is in place

and prioritizing and planning the critical activities for following day

(Electrical work certificate), SFT (Sunction for test certificate), DFT (de-isolation for test certificate), LOA
(Limitation of access certificate) if required.
6 Attaching signed from competent person lift plan, if it required for the work to be performed
7 Submitting for the HSSE /PRA/ CCR/ Shift supervisor review and approval or comments on
prepared documentation (Step by step explanation of work to be executed ).
8 Issuing and Recording the permit data base, based on such criterias such PA authorization SIMOPS /
PRA comments
9 Close out the permits based on all supporting documentation.

Perform planning of the site HSE events in accordance with daily production work and ensure strict
compliance by the Contractor.
Coordinate the Contractor’s upcoming activities in accordance with Company's HSE procedures and
instructions (working at heights, work in confined spaces, welding operations, lifting and etc.).
Ensure personnel right response during emergency at the construction site and take the effective
measures to improve their behavior.
Ensure the Facility Layout and Evacuation Plan is accessible and make personnel aware of them.
Coordinate all emergency and potentially dangerous situations at the site.
Provide site weekly progress report (for all HSE activities and observations) HSE Supervisor.
Provide recommendations and guidance how to improve HSE measures both to the contractors’ and
HSE Department representatives.
