• Prepare lifting plan, oversee and execute safe lifting operation, according to ADNOC Group standard, HSE-OS-ST19/LIMS (AO-IG-L-MS-001) and HSE-PSW-CP19.
• Be able to prepare all types of Lift Plans (Routine, Non-Routine-Simple, Non-Routine-Complicated and Non-Routine-Complex).
• Provide technical input and guidance for lifting operations.
• Supervise the lifting activities for offshore containers ,loading and offloading ,erection of pipe spools, modules ,valves, and vessels, and tanks in Hail and Ghasha Development project Package 1)
• Conduct regular Lifting & Hoisting Compliance Assurance Checks in project sites at Offshore
• Perform lifting operation in plant maintenance ,shutdown and overhauling activities such preventive maintenance ,shutdown maintenance with ADNOC HSE procedure and standards
• Supervisor the rigging /lifting activities on offshore platforms and rigs related to maintenance, construction and commissioning of mechanical static equipment and rotary equipment’.
• Support the lifting operation in removal and installation Pumps ,Vessel ,Heat exchanger system , Pipes and pipes spool and valves and flanges, blinding and de blinding activates
• Pigging Operation of Water injection, gas injection and Oil production pipelines.
• Pig Launching/receiving /Maintenance / of 26” oil production pipelines from SARB island to Zirku Island.
• Pig launching and receiving of 18 “water injections pipeline in SARB and BU Haseer (Well head tower • Pig launching of gas injection of 14 “pipeline from SARB to Zirku Island.
• Perform and apply with ADNOC HSE procedure and policies in plant maintenance activities such as Preventative/corrective/Shutdown.
