I am an EHS professional with over 25 years of experience in the Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability domain across thermal power, construction, manufacturing, heavy engineering, and infrastructure sectors.

Throughout my career, I have worked with reputed organizations on large-scale projects including thermal power plants, wagon manufacturing, steel foundries, pipeline projects, and natural gas operations. My core expertise includes Fire and Safety management systems, safety culture transformation, contractor safety management, risk assessment, legal compliance, emergency preparedness, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems, and ESG & sustainability initiatives.

Academically, I hold a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, M.Sc. in Environmental Science, and an MBA in Industrial & Quality Management. I also possess international certifications including NEBOSH IGC, CRMP, IOSH Managing Safely, Process Safety Management, ISO 45001, and ESG & GRI Standards certification from IIT Roorkee.

Currently, I am looking working with Titagarh Rail Systems Limited and contributing my experience and leadership in building strong safety cultures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence and sustainability initiatives.
