? Deletion of Stiffeners from the bottom of the walkway frame of trestles after acceptance of technical query by engineering which results in saving of 6tons plate material, prefab and erection effort including welding and consumables
? Welding sequence change on the trestle walkway frame which reduces the welding effort by having good accessibility and increase in productivity. Change of sequence was justified by the mock-up test
? Welding details changed (for 189 Sleeves) to prevent potential work of confined space. Changes created the Safe & good working condition which boosted the production. Change request formalized with site query.
? Challenge & lead constructability for Change of NODEs Fabrication sequence from horizontal to vertical position (1node/12days to 1node/week) resulting an in increase working station hence the productivity as well as eliminated the risk of handling sleeves on the rollers
? In house fabrication of Heat shielding Panels including the quality aspects after performing Make & Buy analysis which results in saving in time and cost
? Implementation of Agile work culture and follow-up
? Active participation in constructability of Modularization of tank top structure in comparison to traditional individual assembly erection
? Change of Pressure testing medium from hydrostatic to Pneumatic resulting in omission of pre commissioning activities and high cost of testing performed with demineralized water
