Major Role:
• Making sure that the overall project construction quality and safety is achieved while maintaining the project schedule and budget.
• Reviewing construction drawings, liaising to take authority approvals, forecast and review manpower and material requirements at site for all civil work.

• Played as Key role for arranging all civil maintenance activities without affecting production schedule and new project related refinery upgrade including Jafza, CED – Trakhees, DCD approval till completion, assign the Consultant & Contractor to complete the proposed project, task on planned schedule and supervision with maintenance & facility management team @ Al Khaleej Sugar Refinery, Jabel Ali FZ, Dubai.
• Played as key role for initiating Circular marble Stone Columns’ cladding at rotunda in Al Ghurair project for GAI, the circular Jerusalem Gold marble stones diameter had not matched with existing mall circular stone column’s diameter. GAI was continuing the project of extension mall. In consequence of materials have been ordered long lead basis as per approved shop drawings. Moreover, the materials were received at site on schedule. However, I was taken that challenging job & made some modification in materials with our skill teams and successfully installed. From that we have resolved the commercial issues, cost & time savings, and so on
• At HSGP project site for Dodsal Engg, we had been provided the marble wall cladding / vanity marble counters on Gypsum partition frames based on contract drawing. Appropriately I highlighted and proved with my previous experience regarding the fragile point of rigidity on gypsum partition frames and resolve the problem with additional GI Box frame support provided internally on partition. As of ensure that effective site supervision was in place.
• Successfully received an award of Recognition from PMT Mr. Mansoor Mohamed Al-Mehairbi (Senior Vice President (Projects - Al Hosn Gas) for outstanding performance and contribution towards the achievement of project goal to end the year 2015 with additional 7% ahead of progress on the Construction of CICPA Camp at Qusahwira.
• Attained an appreciation certificate from HSE Team “Dodsal Engineering & Construction Pvt. Ltd” for Habshan Sulphur Granulation Plant (HSGP) Project No. 5267”
