As Head of Operations successfully opened and set up four iconic Malls in UAE, Bahrain and India.
1. Mall of Travancore General Manager Operations - Opening Team – India’s First Green Mall, Trivandrum –Kerala India. Total build up 6.3 lakh sq.ft.
2. Ferrari world Abu Dhabi – Director Retail Operations opened 35 out door unique multicuisine restaurants. Total build up 60,000 square meter
3. Mall of the Emirates -Head of Operations -Opening team- Total build up 700,000 square meter with GLA of 270,000 square meter.
4. Bahrain City Centre –Head of Operations - Opening team 300,000 square meter, GLA 120,000 square meter.

Head of Operations and Projects –Mall of the emirates June 2005 – Sep 2013 (Dubai UAE)– shopping mall in Dubai. Developed and owned by Majid Al Futtaim Properties, it opened in November 2005 and is located at interchange four on Sheikh Zayed road. The multi-level shopping mall currently features more than 630 retail outlets, 7900 parking spaces, over 100 restaurants & Cafes, 80 luxury stores and 250 flagship stores. It has a total build up area 70 lac sq.ft, gross leasable area of 30 lac sq.ft, It also hosts family leisure activities including Ski Dubai (the Middle East’s first indoor ski resort and snow park), the 500-seat capacity Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Centre and Magic planet, one of the largest indoor family entertainment centres in Dubai. In November 2005, it was named the World's Leading New Shopping Mall at the World Travel Awards in London.[3] Forbes has also recognized Mall of the Emirates as one of the top five shopping malls in Dubai.
As head of operations successfully opened the iconic Mall of the emirates in UAE, worked for 8 years until 2013. Mobilized and managed team of more than 1500 contracted staff, had extremely cordially relationship with 600 plus tenants, managed Capex budget of more than 100M, AND Opex of 50M. Mall of the Emirates is the region’s first shopping resort and flagship luxury destination, and welcomes more than 42 million visitors annually. Home to more than 630 international stores, totaling 255,489 sqm of retail space, the mall offers more than 80 of the world’s most prestigious brands housed in the Fashion Dome and The level 1 luxury wing, such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel and the Middle East flagship for Prada. It has more than 100 restaurants and café, direct link to metro, and with unique family leisure SKI Dubai and magic planet.
My achievements at Mall of emirates -
Head of Operations and projects - Opening and launching team of the Mall, managed complete Mall Operations, Asset and property management, Health and Safety, Facility management, Customer care, Events Media and promotion of the Mall.
Launched Paid parking in the Mall – which added additional AED 8 million revenue annually
Created 32000 sq. ft of specialty leasing area for ATM and Kiosks which added additionally AED 12 to 15 million revenue annually.
Created 45000 sq. ft. ware house and stores which added AED 5 million revenue annually.
Managed more than 2500 events and promotion in the mall with coordination with the tenants and external clients.
