The project comprises the following scope:
? Eastern & Southern Boarder Housing projects with infrastructure & Building facilities such as roads, pump station, lift station, all MEP utilities under & above ground, Box culvert, Hardscape, Softcape, VIP Villas, Apartment, Ancillary buildings such as schools, mall, clinic, police station, guard house, administration, sports center, civil defense, fuel station, mosque, transformers, switch gear, STP, water features, swimming pools, etc.

Roads & Tunnel: 14 Km Roads: Dual carriage way with 2-lines each, pedestrian way, 24 pedestrian crosswalk, 6signalized junctions, 7 road blockers for security gate and high grade bollards, 3.5 Km long and 2.5 m width micro tunnel as part of storm water and drainage system connected to box culvert / valley / open channel.
